Although no date has been officially confirmed yet, sources from the airline's Vicente Lopez (a suburb of Buenos Aires) HQ confirm the plan is to start operations by late October from both COR and AEP/EZE to SLA, MDZ, BRC, IGR & USH, initially with 2 738s with 3 more added in November/December. 2019 would see the 787s added to the fleet, to start long haul flights to complement the existing EZE-LGW operated by Norwegian UK. It is expected that reservations for domestic services will be opened by the end of this month.
LV-HQH (42278/6347) "Astor Piazzolla" will return to Argentina after its summer stint with Norwegian Air International as EI-FVO.
October will also see JetSmart operating its first service in Argentina, with an EPA-SCL rotation.
