Incident: TAM A320 near Brasilia on Oct 27th 2011, engine shut down in flight

A TAM Linhas Aereas Airbus A320-200, registration PR-MHS performing flight JJ-4723 from Brasilia,DF to Sao Paulo Congonhas,SP (Brazil), was climbing through FL300 out of Brasilia when the crew reported a right hand engine (CFM56) failure, shut the engine down and returned to Brasilia's runway 29R for a safe landing about 40 minutes after departure.
The airline said the aircraft returned to Brasilia as a precaution after some technical problem.
Listeners on frequency reported the crew told ATC the right hand engine had failed and was shut down.
