American Airlines Cancels Planned Miami – Manaus Jun 2012 Service Launch

As per 28OCT11 GDS timetable display, American Airlines has cancelled planned service launch on Miami – Manaus service, due to start from 14JUN12.

 

The oneWorld member originally planned to start this flight 4 times a week with Boeing 737-800 (reported on 06SEP11).

 

Note this cancellation may be reversed as the airline is to roll-out First wave of Summer 2012 operation changes as early as January 2012.

 

Previously planned schedule:

 

AA229 MIA1700 – 2220MAO 738 x234

AA230 MAO2340 – 0500+1IA 738 x234

Coitada da DL de tirar a AA. Acredito que o problema seja outro, interno.

O problema é um mix: a falta de pilotos e a falta de interesse da AA em se arriscar em novos voos.
